How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process
